HUMAN RELIEF FOUNDATION UK AND FRANCE, THE WEFA INTERNATIONAL HUMANITARIAN AID ORGANIZATION (WEFA E.V) OF GERMANY, DIRECT AID SOCIETY SIERRA LEONE, ISLAMIC WORLD EDUCAT IONAL, SCIENTIFIC AND CULTURAL ORGANIZATION (ICESCO) AND THE INTERNATIONAL ISLAMIC YOUTH LEAGUE (IIYL) SUPPORT EMERGENCY RELIEF FOOD AID DISTRIBUTION PROGRAMMES IN SIERRA LEONE.
The International Islamic Youth League (IIYL) is a vital membership in the inter agencies coordinating emergency response body in West and Central African Regions, through it’s smart and responsible partners Human Relief Foundation of the United Kingdom and France, the WEFA International Humanitarian Aid
Organization WEFA e.V of Germany, Direct Aid Society Sierra Leone, the Islamic World Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (ICESCO) and the International Islamic Youth League (IIYL) provided emergency relief programmes in Sierra Leone to support (45,400) needy vulnerable households including pregnant women, lactating mother and children out of over 3,784 Households victims in Sierra Leone.
The International Islamic Youth League (IIYL) with established institutional disaster response linkages with Humanitarian Clusters bodies, coordinated the emergency with the Local authorities of the Sierra Leone disasters communities-who have shown and expressed appreciation for the provision of humanitarian relief to most vulnerable needy in disaster camps in Sierra Leone.
