IIYL provided Training for community’s leaders conducted on capacity building management and skills on Micro Credit scheme procedure loan provided for the returnees women groups and craftsman on income generation
The organisation with support from its donor such as Human Concern International Canada, Doctors Worldwide UK and Malaysian Medical Relief Society we Distributed medicines and medical equipment to support Kono and Kailahun hospitals and health centre in Kono, Kambia, Port Loko, Kailahun and Lungi International Air Port

The organisation Constructed 30 standard hand pump water wells in the war affected communities in Port Loko, Moyamba, Kambia, Kono, Kenema and Bo District,
IIYL constructed eight primary schools, toilet and water wells to the returning communities in Lokomasama, Kambia, Moyamba, Kenema, Port Loko and Kono Districts
IIYL in collaboration with Food and Agricultural Organisation of the United Nation and others humanitarian Aid Agencies we distributed Agricultural inputs, seeds tools and post harvest store in the resettlement communities in Kambia, Port Loko, Moyamba, Kono and Kenema Districts the United Nation World Food Programme provided food for works to farmers
The on-going conflict in Sudan has created the world’s largest child displacement crisis, with millions of children facing hardship, malnutrition, and a lack of access to basic services, including education and healthcare. Sudan is today the world’s largest child displacement crisis, with an estimated 5 million children who have fled their homes since April 2023, including nearly 1 million children across borders particularly to Chad, Uganda, and South Sudan. Children have endured almost two years of uncertainty, trauma and violence Sudan and the Democratic Republic of the Congo experiencing a major humanitarian crisis, with millions of people, including children, displaced within the country and across borders.
This makes Sudan and the Democratic Republic of the Congo the world’s largest child displacement crisis. International Islamic Youth League IIYL in collaboration with our partners has distributed over two thousand 1,000 metric tons food and non-food items to over 151,605 internally displaced persons in Sudan and refugees in Chad, Uganda, and South Sudan our aid convoys also distributed food aid to the Internally Displaced in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
