Regions, through it’s smart and responsible partners WEFA International Humanitarian Aid Organization WEFA e.V of Germany, the International Blue
Crescent Relief and Development Foundation (IBC) of the Republic of Turkey, International Development and Relief Foundation (IDRF) Canada and the World
Assembly of Muslim Youth (WAMY) of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia provided funds for the provision of 1600 Cows meat distribution to support 16 African Countries to 134,400 vulnerable households including pregnant women and children out of over 11,200 Households needy Muslim communities in Sierra Leone, Mali, The Gambia, Liberia, Guinea, Ghana, Cameroon, Central African Republic, Ivory Coast, Benin, Togo, Senegal, Bissau and Madagascar.
The International Islamic Youth League (IIYL) with established institutional disaster response linkages with The Direction General for Civil Protection (DGPC) coordinated the emergency with the Local authorities of the African communities-who have shown and expressed appreciation for the provision of humanitarian relief to vulnerable needy in their communities.
